Top-notch service team
The engine on my 2018 Yamaha FJR failed during a ride in April 2022. I knew it was serious, so I had it towed to Wild West and left it in the hands of the service department to diagnose the issue. Turns out the engine was toast - the crankcase was cracked, the clutch was shredded ... she was a goner. Patrick took pictures of the remains and shared them with the Yamaha service department. The issue was related to a recall so Yamaha stepped up, replacing the engine under the extended warranty. Much credit goes to Patrick and to Kalub Reineke, the Service Tech who worked on the bike. I know for sure that their professionalism and experience in working on the bike and in dealing with Yamaha contributed in a big way to the outstanding outcome.
