I had ordered panniers for my 2012 R1200GSA from another company and was sent the incorrect parts.... It was a bit frustrating so I reached out to Wild West to see what they could do to help. After talking with John, he got the Panniers, topcase, backrest and locks ordered and in a very short time the items arrived and actually fit my bike. First off, Wide West has a wide select to choose from compared to other locations.
Brandon made the sales transaction simple and to the point. Answered any questions and was always available. Had the motorcycle ready to go before leaving.
